Songkick and CrowdSurge have joined forces to help ensure you never miss your favorite artists live! Now that we’re a combined company, we’re here to help you find shows, get you tickets, and answer your questions as one team under the Songkick brand. 

Does this affect the validity of my ticket?
Nope! All tickets purchased through either CrowdSurge or Songkick will remain valid no matter when you purchased them.

Who should I contact if I need help with my order?
Now that we are operating as one company, any legacy CrowdSurge order questions will be handled by the new combined Songkick Customer Support team. You can get in touch with us any time right here. In the next couple of weeks we will be phasing out the CrowdSurge name, and replacing it with Songkick.

If I have a CrowdSurge account, will I still be able to log in and view my orders?
Absolutely - CrowdSurge accounts will not be affected in any way, you’ll still be able to log in and view your existing orders on the CrowdSurge website.

What does this mean for me as a Songkick user? Will my account be affected at all? 
Nope, Songkick accounts will not be affected; you’ll still be able to track artists for concert alerts and view your orders. Our service hasn’t changed at all but there are lots of exciting things on the horizon! If you need to get in touch with us about a Songkick order head this way.
