I've bought the wrong tickets, can I exchange them?

If you've purchased tickets for the wrong date, or purchased tickets for the wrong section in a venue, unfortunately its usually not possible for us to accommodate exchange requests.

This is due to a variety of reasons - for instance, if we’re not selling tickets to the show you’d like to exchange to, or if Songkick have sold out of tickets for that show or section.

Please note that we’re not able to offer refunds once a booking has been confirmed, as per our terms and conditions. The only exception is if a show has been postponed or cancelled.
