What if a show is canceled or rescheduled?

If any significant changes are made to a show (for example, if it's canceled or rescheduled) we'll inform you of the changes via email as soon as we have confirmation from the event organizers.

If a canceled concert is definitely not going to be rescheduled, we will refund you the full face value and booking fee of your tickets. In the event that it is a postponement, we'll be sure to let you know the full details of the new date and/or venue and whether your tickets will remain valid.

Please note any refunds must be requested before the deadline mentioned in the change announcement email!
