What happens if I can't make the event?

If you are unable to make the event, we can transfer your tickets to a friend:


For events where name changes are permitted, you can transfer tickets up until midnight on the day before the event (or midnight on Thursday for events taking place Friday - Sunday). As we have to process the name change with the venue in advance of the show, we cannot accept any name changes that are received after this time.

To make the change, just drop us an email and let us know the full name of who you would like the tickets transferred to so we can update the ticket and resend it! 

Please note that tickets within an order cannot be separated out, so the order can only be transferred to one person's name.

If your tickets have not already been dispatched, we can change the address details for you, just fire an email to us here including your full name, order code, the event details and the name, email and address details of who you want it transferred to.

If you have already received your tickets, don't worry - you can just pass them on! We won't need to make any changes to the ticket on our end.

Please note, not all tickets are transferrable - this will be stipulated at the point of purchase.
