Can I change the delivery method of my ticket order?

Typically, once an order is confirmed, it’s not possible to change the delivery method.

Paper tickets: We usually dispatch paper tickets 2-4 weeks before the show date. Unfortunately we’re not able to dispatch them any earlier, but we can usually change the shipping address or update you on the delivery status if that helps.

Box Office Collection/Will Call: Tickets are sold with this delivery method if 1) We don't have access to the physical stock or 2) the event organizers are trying to prevent the reselling of tickets. In either scenario, we're unfortunately not able to change to an alternative delivery methods once you've placed your order. If the named purchaser won’t be present to pick the tickets up, make sure to contact us at least 3 working days before the show date and we’ll see what we can do to help.

E-tickets: If this delivery option wasn’t available at the point of purchase, sadly this means we won’t be able to convert your order to e-tickets. If you’re waiting for paper tickets to arrive in the mail and the show is within 3 working days, head here and we'll arrange for you to receive new tickets from the box office.
