I've lost my tickets, what should I do?

Please be aware that some tickets are irreplaceable, so it’s really important that you don't lose or damage them in anyway. Tickets of this sort will always be sent via Recorded Delivery so that you can see the status of your tickets once they've left us.

If you've misplaced your tickets, please let us know as soon as possible. We must be notified of any lost or damaged tickets at least 3 working days prior to the show in order to look into an alternate ticket collection option. You can reach us here, and we'll get back to you as quickly as we can.

Make sure to include your full name, order ID and the event your tickets are for as this information helps us help you. If the person named on the order is not the one who will be attending, please also let us know the attendee's full name so we can make any necessary changes to the order. We'll get back to you as soon as possible regarding the options for getting you into the show!
