What do I do if my tickets have been returned to sender?

If you don't have your tickets 3 working days before the show, please contact us here with your order details so we can look into it for you. It's possible that the attempted delivery was unsuccessful and they've been sent back to us.

If your tracking status is marked as Returned to Sender, please be aware that returned items may take several weeks to reach us.

If your tickets are returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery if possible.
If there is not enough time to re-ship your tickets, we'll do everything we can to arrange an alternate delivery method so that you don't miss the show!
