What if my tickets aren't delivered in time for the show?

We aim to dispatch all tickets within 2 weeks of the concert. Very rarely, issues or delays with the postal service will mean your tickets do not arrive in time, but we'll be on hand to help if this is the case!

If you have not received your tickets within 3 working days of the event, please get in touch with us
here so we can make alternate arrangements to ensure you do not miss the show. Please don't forget to include your Order ID so that we can help you out as quickly as possible.
