Can I track my tickets once they're shipped?

If you selected tracked shipping when you purchased your tickets, the email you receive when the tickets are shipped will include your unique tracking number. You can use this to monitor the status of your tickets.
Please note that if your tickets are being shipped outside of the US or UK, your local courier may not have updated tracking details until the tickets are delivered.

Unfortunately, if your tickets are shipped via Standard Delivery, it will not be possible to track your tickets once they've been shipped.
