How do I book disabled access tickets?

We will always do as much as we can to accommodate accessibility needs. If you are able to contact us before the tickets go on sale, we'll let you know the best way to book your tickets to ensure you don't miss out.

If tickets are currently on sale, we do not advise booking tickets until you've contacted us as there are some instances where we might not be able to exchange your tickets for equivalent seating in an accessible area. Please reach out to us before placing your order if you have accessibility requirements.*

You can email us with any questions regarding accessible seats through our support center here by selecting 'Accessible seating' from the dropdown. Please make sure to specify the artist, date, and venue that you're hoping to book tickets for, as well as the number of accessible and/or companion seats you require.

*If you have booked tickets through us before contacting us, please be aware that we may need to refund your order if we're not able to move your tickets into an accessible area.
