Can I transfer my tickets?
Please note, not all tickets are transferrable, in particular tickets purchased through artist presales. This will be stipulated at the point of purchase.
If you are unable to make the event, or have purchased tickets as a gift, we can usually arrange a transfer of tickets:

Please get in touch at least 3 working days prior to the show if you would like to transfer your order to another fan. As we have to process the name change with the venue in advance of the show, we unfortunately cannot accept any name changes that are received after this time.
To make changes that are within the permitted time frame, just drop us an email
and let us know the full name of who you would like the tickets transferred to so we can update the order!
Please note that tickets within an order cannot be separated out, so the order can only be transferred to one person's name.
If your tickets have not already been dispatched, in most cases we can change the address details for you. Just fire an email to us here
including your full name, order ID, the event details and the name, email and address details of who you want your tickets transferred to.
Note that in some cases, we may not be able to change the address on your order, specifically for shows with strict name transfer policies. Feel free to write in here
if you have questions about this.
If you have already received your tickets, don't worry - you can just pass them on! We won't need to make any changes to the ticket on our end as long as there are no names printed on the tickets.
